DOOM: The Dark Ages has been played by more than three million users since its release last week, which makes it the biggest launch for developer id Software in its entire history.
Bethesda shared the news in a tweet, where it also confirmed the new release had reached the milestone seven times faster than the previous game, DOOM Eternal. As well as being for sale at full price across PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, it was also included in Game Pass on day one.
