Devs who use Pomodoro/break timers. When do they interrupt you at the WORST possible moment?

I’ve been trying to use timers like Pomodoro/Stretchly to force myself to take more breaks, but half the time the reminder pops up when I’m deep in the middle of debugging something complex or about to solve a problem.

It completely breaks my flow.

For those of you who’ve faced this, what’s the most frustrating moment a timer has interrupted you?

I’m trying to figure out if there’s a better way to do this without getting annoyed and just skipping the break.
