After teasing a major announcement all week, 1047 Games has revealed something new for its free-to-play shooter Splitgate 2, which has its 1.0 launch today. The announcement at Summer Game Fest 2025 was that Splitgate 2 is not only getting a battle royale mode, but that it’s out now alongside Splitgate 2.
