A Final Death for Gravity quest guide
The double jump ability comes from a side quest called “A Final Death for Gravity.” It takes place on Eden–i.e. Paradise Island–which is basically the first major region in the campaign. You do need to reach an area called Sovereign’s Sweet Spire Grove.
Sovereign’s Sweet Spire Grove location
Sovereign’s Sweet Spire is located due west of Fairfield. You should see a rock formation jutting out of the plateau. There’s also an elevator control terminal nearby. You must have Engineering 3 to repair it.
