Nordic nRF54LC10A – A tiny Bluetooth LE and 802.15.4 SoC with sub-50 nA hibernation mode

Nordic Semiconductor recently expanded its nRF54L Series with the nRF54LC10A, a new SoC with less memory and a smaller peripheral set compared to the higher-end nRF54L15, while supporting Bluetooth LE with Channel Sounding and IEEE 802.15.4 for Thread, Zigbee, and Matter.
