Montage Technology today announced the mass production of its Gen 5 DDR5 Register Clock Driver (RCD05). Designed for high-performance DDR5 RDIMM memory modules, the RCD05 addresses the growing demand from data centers, AI servers, and other applications for memory systems with higher bandwidth and greater reliability.
