LemonSqueezy acts as the Merchant of Record, meaning they handle payment processing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT collection, and refunds on our behalf. When you make a purchase, your payment data (name, email, billing address, payment method) is processed directly by LemonSqueezy. We do not store your full payment card details.

6.2 Cloudflare (CDN & Security)
We use Cloudflare, Inc. as a Content Delivery Network (CDN) and for security services (DDoS protection, Web Application Firewall). Cloudflare may process your IP address and technical data to deliver and protect our website.

6.3 Cloudflare Turnstile (Spam Protection)
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms (e.g., registration, login) from automated abuse. Turnstile may collect technical data such as browser information and interaction patterns to distinguish humans from bots. No personal data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
6.4 Hetzner Online (Hosting)
Our servers are hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Hetzner processes data as required to provide hosting services.

6.5 Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored for the purpose of sending periodic updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each newsletter email. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
6.6 Forum (Flarum)
Our community forum at forum.ailinux.me is powered by Flarum. If you register an account, your username, email, and posts are stored. Forum data is hosted on the same infrastructure as our main website.

Our primary servers are located in Germany. If personal data is transferred outside the EEA (e.g., through Cloudflare’s global network or LemonSqueezy in the USA), we rely on:
- EU adequacy decisions (where available)
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
- Additional technical and organizational measures where appropriate
8. Data Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary:
- Account data: retained as long as your account is active; deleted upon request
