Capcom’s been on a seemingly unstoppable winning streak for years now, but the company really seems to have hit a snag with Monster Hunter Wilds.
Despite racking up record sales on release back in February, the action RPG has seriously struggled to maintain commercial momentum. Capcom’s most recent financial report tags Wilds at just 477,000 sales between the start of April and end of June, which is one hell of a drop off after selling over 10 million copies at launch.
